This Privacy Policy explains how PrepLuv collects, uses, shares, and protects information when students, visitors, and account holders use the PrepLuv website, exam preparation platform, study materials, payment pages, and related services. PrepLuv provides OT and OTA board exam preparation resources, including practice questions, rationales, study materials, account access, and limited trial access. This policy is written to match PrepLuv’s current 90 day access model and does not describe automatic subscription renewals.

Information you provide directly

Name, email address, login credentials, account preferences, selected credential path such as OT or OTA, selected plan, support requests, form submissions, survey responses, and any other information you choose to provide.

Payment and purchase information

When you purchase a PrepLuv plan, payment information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. PrepLuv may receive transaction details such as purchase date, plan type, payment status, expiration date, billing contact information, and limited payment identifiers. PrepLuv does not intend to collect or store full credit card numbers on its own systems.

Platform activity and study data

PrepLuv may collect information about how you use the platform, including login activity, selected study materials, practice exam attempts, timed and untimed exam activity, tutor mode activity, answers selected, scores, rationales viewed, average time per question, most recent exam score, study progress, and other usage information needed to operate the service.

 

Device and technical information

PrepLuv may automatically collect browser type, device type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, error logs, cookies, and similar technical data.

PrepLuv may use information to create and manage accounts; provide trial, Silver, Gold, and Diamond access; verify purchases and expiration dates; deliver OT and OTA exam preparation content; show student progress and analytics; respond to support requests; send service-related messages; improve features and content; troubleshoot technical issues; detect fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights, safety, and security of PrepLuv, students, and others.

PrepLuv is an exam preparation platform. Information shown in your account, including practice results, study activity, rationales viewed, timing data, and progress indicators, is for study and platform functionality. PrepLuv does not guarantee exam results and does not represent that platform activity is an official NBCOT score or official certification record.

Data Retention

PrepLuv keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain account and purchase records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve the platform, and protect security. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited time even after an account is closed or deleted.

Security

PrepLuv uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, payment system, database, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for notifying PrepLuv if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

PrepLuv is operated from the United States.
